Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit goes toward your service total and holds your spot.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, no-shows, or late arrivals of more than 15 minutes will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
Deposits are non-refundable, but with proper notice, they may be transferred one time to a new appointment.
